After lunch we like to relax to relaxation music to calm us down and get us ready for the afternoon. We take this time to practice relaxation exercises on a daily basis so we can have a general feeling of relaxation and increased well being that benefits every area of life. When you feel relaxed and at ease, you feel more in control which leads to calm, realistic responses.
