Get your mouth ready! Say the beginning sound. Simi's family is from Tonga and we were lucky enough for Simi to bring in a gorgeous piece of Tapa Cloth. So after observing, touching, lots of discussion on Simi's Tapa Cloth we decided as a class we would make our own class Tapa Cloth. We then watched a YouTube clip on making Tapa Cloth. Learning happens everyday. We learn everything everyday. We learn to know more stuff. We learn so we can go to high school. - Tom We can learn so we can go to room 2. - Nova We learn things so we know more when we are adults. We get to know more words. Do we like to learn??? Yes because its fun. We loved seeing the environment where Benjy had come from and developed so many learning skills before he came to school. |
